A fantastic evening of fun, food and fireworks was had by all at the inaugural Parents and Friends’ Association Twilight Festival last Friday evening. A broad cross section of the Lowther Hall community joined in to celebrate the evening and were entertained by rides, stalls, food, competitions, prizes, animals, and a dazzling fireworks display to end the evening.
Lowther Hall student Isabella Greco (Year 4R) also enjoyed the festival:
“I've never had so much fun in my whole life before! From sliding down a giant slide to riding a cyclone, patting and holding cute animals, riding the 'Teapot Spin' and many more fun things. The highlights were seeing the stunning fireworks let off from the mansion top and who would forget dunking Ms Rhodes and Mr Coombes. I ate popcorn, cupcakes, lollies and fairy floss. It was Lowther Hall's first Twilight Festival and it was a great success!”
Thank you to all who contributed to the success of the evening.
