Congratulations to all students and staff involved in our 'Evening of Song' event last night at the Melbourne Recital Centre! With over 300 students participating, the performance showcased choirs, soloists and vocal ensembles presenting an array of different pieces and styles. Well done, girls!

Congratulations to all cast, crew and orchestra involved in the Senior School production of ‘The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe’! More than 100 students, staff and parents helped bring this magical tale to sold-out audiences at the Clocktower Centre, Moonee Ponds, over the weekend. Well done to everyone involved!

There is a great buzz of excitement as tomorrow’s opening night of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe approaches, similarly, for all the students involved in next Tuesday’s Evening of Song. I look forward to seeing many of you at that or one of the weekend performances.

Sunday is Mother’s Day and this week we have the opportunity to celebrate at school with our Mother’s Day Breakfasts and various other special events. This is a time of year to pause and pay homage...

Our Senior School production of 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' will be held on May 19 and 20! A cast, crew and orchestra of over 90 students have been preparing for months to bring this story to life, with original music for the production composed by Lowther Hall Director of Music, Mr Darren Emerson.

Last Friday our Lowther community enjoyed the 11th annual golf day! Everyone participated in a great round of golf as well as competitions and prizes. Thanks to all involved in supporting this great event for our sport department.

We are excited by the addition of our new Early Years Centre to open in 2018. The grouping of our youngest learners together in their own purpose-built, state of the art space, will enable us to deliver their programs in ways that are most suitable for them – with high levels of intervention to enable each girl to make good progress in literacy and numeracy.
