Congratulations to Lesley Duong (Year 8) who has been awarded 2nd place in the Victorian Japanese Junior Speech Competition.

This competition is organised by the Japanese Teachers Association of Victoria and participants came from schools all over Victoria. Lesley performed two speeches against some tough competition. Well done, Lesley, on a wonderful result!

We also congratulate Gillian Tang (Year 8), Claudia Yiu (Year 8), Shanelle Senaratne (Year 9), Ivy Xiong (Year10) and Han Pham (Year 10) on their fantastic performance and their courage in standing up in front of a large audience and speaking in Japanese.
