Welcome to 2021!

It is always delightful to see our students return for a new school year but even more exciting this year after all the disruptions of 2020! At the Years 2 – 12 assembly on Wednesday we had the opportunity to welcome our many new students and new staff and to present them with a Lowther Hall Teddy Bear as a sign of connection to our community. As our Preparatory and Kindergarten girls have joined us there have been many special “first day” moments captured at the front of the Mansion or in the gardens and classrooms.

We have been excited, also, to welcome parents back to our school grounds and buildings after so long without them here. Thank you to all those who have already used our sign in QR codes and who have remembered their masks when visiting indoors. 

Over the last few weeks the staff have been busy preparing for the return of the girls and planning learning experiences for them that I am confident they will find engaging and enjoyable. It should be an excellent year!
