It is Book Week Celebration 2016! All students in Kinder to Year 6 are enjoying the opportunity to participate in a range of exciting activities that celebrate books and reading. Yesterday was an exciting day as Junior School held their annual Book Week fancy-dress parade, where students were invited to dress up in costume as their favourite book characters. The Children’s Book Council of Australia designated a theme to this year’s book week of, ‘Australia: Story Country’, and some students incorporated this into their costume.
