There is a buzz of excitement at Lowther Hall about our upcoming Careers Expo! The event is open to our Years 9-12 girls and their families, and will provide a 'Tertiary Trades Hall' as well as almost 50 Old Grammarians attending to speak on 16 different Career Interest Panels. Students in Years 9-12 and their families can book online as per the Bulletin instructions.

It is always a pleasure to see Lowther girls embrace every day with enthusiasm, grace and spirit. Everybody began the term today by gathering for a whole-school assembly, that focussed on all of the cross-age connections Lowther girls make with one another. We look forward to a fantastic term ahead with you!

This year our Senior School students are proud to present their production of "Annie". With over 120 girls participating in the cast, crew and orchestra, this event is not to be missed! You can book tickets at: http://www.clocktowercentre.com.au/en/Whats-On/Schools-and-Events/Lowther-Hall-Annie. We look forward to seeing you there!

Congratulations to our Stage Band for their 2nd place win at the Mt Gambier 'Generations in Jazz' festival! The girls competed against hundreds of students from schools around Australia over the weekend, in this popular and prestigious event. Well done, girls!

It was great to catch up with the Class of 2013 last Friday night at their 5 Year Reunion! We always enjoy hearing about the impressive pathways our Old Grammarians take after Lowther. Keep up the great work, girls!

It was a joyous morning today at Lowther Hall as we held our inaugural "Blessing of the Animals"! Girls in Sampford House brought almost 30 pet dogs (and some very brave cats!) to the blessing held by our Chaplain Reverend Emily Fraser, and we gave thanks for them and the animals of the world.

Today we celebrated International Women's Day by holding our annual Lowther Women Luncheon! As part of the event, almost 200 guests listened...

We were sad to bid farewell to our French exchange students! Visiting from our sister school, La Malgrange in Nancy, the students have been living with their Lowther host families for two weeks, learning about Australian culture and helping our girls to refine their French language skills. We will see them later in the year when Lowther girls visit France on their study tour!
